| 摘 要： | 以湖北省利川市汪营镇、柏杨坝镇低丘岗地改造项目为例,对鄂西南山区土地整理规划设计方法进行了研究。分析了项目区土地利用存在的问题,针对土地利用的主要矛盾寻找相应的规划设计方法,并在设计目标原则指导下,探索出一系列有效的工程措施和重点工程施工设计方案。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the planning and design method of land consolidation in the mountainous region of southwestern Hubei with the land consolidation project of the low hilly regions in Wangying and Boyang Towns of Lichuan City in Hubei Province as an example.The land use problems of this area were analyzed,appropriate planning and design methods were found out for the main contradiction in land use,and under the guidance of the design objective and principles,a series of effective engineering measures and key project construction design were explored. |
