摘    要:目的]探讨农药包装袋中残留物对土壤脲酶活性的影响,为农业生态环境保护提供参考。方法]采用苯酚钠-次氯酸钠比色法,对4种农药包装袋覆盖下土壤中脲酶的活性进行了检测,用不同浓度的袋中浸出物对农田采回的土壤进行处理并检测了其中脲酶的活性。结果]精喹禾灵、苯醚甲环唑、害立平、吡虫啉4种农药包装袋覆盖下土壤中脲酶活性分别下降了92.9%、67.1%、54.8%和41.2%;上述4种农药包装袋中平均每个袋中残留物可至2.28 m2×0.05 m的土壤中脲酶活性显著降低。结论]滥扔乱弃在田头地角的农药包装袋(瓶)对农田土壤有显著的毒害作用。

Study on Influences to the Soil Urease Activity Caused by Four Type of Pesticides Packaging Bag Residuum

Abstract:Objective] To discuss influence of residues in pesticide packing bag to soil urease activity,provide reference for rural ecological environment protection.Method] By using phenol sodium hypochlorite colorimetric method,soil urease activity under the cover of four pesticides bags was detected,soil sample obtained from farmland was treated and urease activity was detected by different concentration of the residues.Result] The results showed that the urease’s activity covered soil by quizalofop,difenoconazole,hailiping and imidacloprid pesticides packaging bag were decreased 92.9%,67.1%,54.8%,41.2% respectively,the residuum in each bag get 2.28 m2 ×0.05 m soil urease’s activity reduce signally.Conclusion] There are toxic action to soil caused by discard pesticides packaging bags and empty pesticides bottle.
