摘    要:目的]寻找红肉蜜柚果实红色素的最佳提取方案。方法]以红肉蜜柚果实为材料,在单因素试验的基础上,利用响应曲面法对果肉红色素超声提取工艺参数进行优化研究。选择超声浸提时间、浸提温度、料液比为自变量,以红色素提取液在471 nm处吸光度为响应值,采用Box-Behnken设计方法,模拟得出了红肉蜜柚红色素提取的回归方程。结果]石油醚为提取剂时,超声辅助提取使红肉蜜柚果肉红色素吸光度增加106.1%;提取的最佳工艺条件为以石油醚为浸提溶剂,浸提温度22℃,浸提时间32 min,料液比1∶4.3 g/ml,此时红肉蜜柚果实红色素提取液的吸光度为1.312。结论]研究可为红肉蜜柚红色素的开发利用提供参考依据。

Optimization of the Ultrasonic Extraction of Red Pigments from Red-flesh Sweet Pomelo by Response Surface Methodology

Abstract:Objective] To find out the best extraction conditions of red pigments from red-flesh sweet pomelo.Method] Based on single-factor test,the optimum ultrasonic extraction conditions of red pigments from red-flesh sweet pomelo were investigated by response-surface methodology.Three factors including extraction temperature,ultrasonic extraction time and material-liquid ratio were selected to maximize the absorbance of red pigments at 471 nm with Box-Behnken design and the regression equation was stimulated.Result] The ultrasound-assisted extraction increased the absorbance of red pigments by 106.1%,with petroleum ether as extraction solvent,the optimum extraction parameters of red pigments were extraction temperature of 22 ℃,ultrasonic extraction time of 32 minutes and solid-liquid ratio of 1∶ 4.3(g/ml).Under the optimal extraction conditions,the absorbance of red pigments was 1.312.Conclusion] The study provides references for the development and utilization of red pigments from red-flesh sweet pomelo.
