| 摘 要： | 基于社会、经济、生态3大效益综合考虑,以重庆市荣昌县第二次全国土地调查数据库为基础数据,利用DPS线性规划模型对荣昌县土地利用结构进行优化,得出2020年荣昌县土地利用结构优化方案。结果表明:优化后耕地面积合理减少,满足荣昌县粮食需求和社会经济发展需要;设施农用地、生态用地、基础设施用地有所增加,利于荣昌县特色产业发展,促进了社会经济发展和生态环境建设;城乡建设用地内部结构有保有压,土地利用集约度大幅提高;未利用地减少29.70 hm2,土地利用效益水平有明显提高。

Optimization of Land Use Structure Based on the DPS Linear Programming Method |

| Abstract: | The land use structure of 2020 Rongchang County was optimized by using the linear programming model,with the consideration of social,economic and ecological three comprehensive benefits and all database was based on the second national land survey database of Rongchang County of Chongqing.The optimal results showed that: the cultivated land area reasonably reduced and met the demand for food and social economic development needs of Rongchang County;The land area of agricultural facilities,ecology and infrastructure increased,which is conducive to the development of special industries and promotes social economic development and ecological environment construction;The internal structure of rural and urban construction land use reasonably increased or decreased,and the land use intensive degrees significantly improved;The area of unused land reduced 29.70 hm2,and the efficiency level of land use obviously improved. |
