| 摘 要： | 综述了石斛属及其亲缘属(石豆兰属、石仙桃属、贝母兰属和金石斛属)的197个药用植物的化合物,主要包括9,10-二氢菲、联苄、衍生物、萜类、黄酮类和生物碱等成分,其中一些成分在镇痛、抗氧化、抗癌和抑制NO生成方面显示了较好的活性。该文对国内外有关石斛属及其亲缘属植物的化学分成及药理作用的研究进展进行综述,为其进一步研究与开发利用提供参考。 |

| Abstract: | The chemical compounds in 197 species of Dendrobium and its related genera(Bulbophyllum,Pholidota,Coelogyne and Flickingeria),including 9,10-dihydrophenanthrenes,phenanthraquinone,bibenzyls,terpenoids,flavonoids and alkaloids compounds,were studied.Some of these compounds exhibited good analgesic,antioxidant,anticancer and NO production inhibitory activities.The research advances on the chemical components and pharmacological activities of Dendrobium and its related genera were overviewed in this paper,providing basis for their further study and development. |
