基于AHP的水利水电工程项目设计方案优选应用

摘    要:为了更好地评价水利水电工程设计过程中比选方案的优劣,采用层次分析法(AHP)建立水利水电工程项目设计方案比选指标体系及结构模型,从多因素综合定量评价各比选方案.结合工程实例,综合考虑地质地形,水文水能、枢纽布置、工程施工、运行条件、工程淹没、环境条件、经济指标等设计中的主要因素,并对设计方案的各项指标进行量化,最终确定最优设计方案.结果证明,AHP法能为水利水电工程项目设计者进行方案优选决策提供定量依据.

Abstract:For evaluating the high or low quality of design scheme options of hydropower project better,the system of scheme selection and structure model of hydropower project`s optimal design was established using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and estimated qualitatively each choose scheme from more factors.Combined with the engineering example,which takes various design factors into consideration including geology and topography,hydrology,layout,construction,operation conditions,engineering submerging,environment,economic indicators of the design plan,the design scheme indexes were quantified,ultimately determined the optimal design scheme,this result proved that AHP method could provide quantitative basis for designers scheme selection.
