| 摘 要： | 目的]探究烟苗最佳沙培育苗基质配方。方法]以贵州德江当地资源稻谷壳和河沙为原料进行基质配方试验。结果]处理5草炭(越西)∶河沙∶糠壳∶珍珠岩∶钙镁磷肥=40%∶40%∶0∶20%∶20 g/盘]、处理7草炭(越西)∶河沙∶糠壳∶珍珠岩∶钙镁磷肥=40%∶15%∶20%∶25%∶20 g/盘]在出苗率及苗期长势上表现优越,烟苗素质达壮苗要求,但处理5在封盘前盘面菁苔较重,需作进一步的微调观察试验;处理7原料成本较2010年德江基质下降22.10元/hm2。结论]处理7可作为2011年贵州德江烟苗基质生产配方。

| Abstract: | Objective] The purpose was to discuss the best matrix formula composed mainly by sand for breeding tobacco seedlings.Method] The matrix formula test was conducted by using the local resources,rice hull and sand,as raw materials.Result] The results showed that the seedling emergence and seedling vigor of treatment 5(peat from Yuexi∶sand∶bran∶perlite∶calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer=40%∶40%∶0∶20%∶20 g/pot) and treatment 7(peat from Yuexi∶sand∶bran∶perlite∶calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer=40%∶15%∶20%∶25%∶20 g/pot) were better than that of other treatments.But there was more moss in the matrix tray of treatment 5,which should be controlled in the further experiment.The matrix costs of the seventh treatment saved 22.10 CNY per ha,compared with the Dejiang matrix in 2010(CK).Conclusion] Treatment 7 can be used as the matrix formula of breeding tobacco seedlings in Dejiang,Guizhou in 2011. |
