摘    要:目的]了解吡咯类杀虫剂溴虫腈对家蚕不同性别的毒力差异。方法]以家蚕卵色限性品种卵2为供试材料,采用浸叶法测定溴虫腈对家蚕雌、雄2~5龄起蚕的半致死浓度(LC50)。结果]溴虫腈对该品种雄蚕各龄期起蚕的LC50都高于同一龄期的雌起蚕,不同龄期中溴虫腈对3龄雌起蚕和雄起蚕的毒力最大,然后依次为2、4、5龄雌起蚕和雄起蚕。结论]家蚕起蚕雌雄性别对溴虫腈的耐受性存在明显差异,该研究结果为进一步研究家蚕对溴虫腈的耐受性机理奠定了基础,也为指导蚕桑安全生产、专养雄蚕和防治鳞翅目害虫提供了参考。

Comparison of Toxicities of Chlorfenapyr to the Newly Exuviated Larvae of Different Sexual Silkworm(Bombyx mori)

Abstract:Objective] To investigate the difference of toxicities of the pyrrole insecticide chlorfenapyr to different sex of silkworm.Method] In this study,the eggs color sex-limited variety "Luan 2" was used as a test material,and the median lethal concentration(LC50) of chlorfenapyr to the newly exuviated larvae of different sexual silkworm from the 2nd to 5th instar were determined by leaf dipping method.Result] The LC50 of chlorfenapyr to the male newly exuviated larvae was higher than that of the females in same instar.In addition,the toxicities of chlorfenapyr to the male and female newly exuviated larvae of the 3rd instar were the greatest,then followed by that of the 2nd,4th and 5th instar larvae.Conclusion] There are obvious differences in the tolerance of the male and female newly exuviated larvae to the chlorfenapyr.The results lay a foundation for further study of the tolerance mechanism of silkworm to the chlorfenapyr,and provide a reference for guiding the safe production of sericulture,specific rearing the male silkworm and controlling against lepidopterous pests.
