摘    要:目的]研究不同质地土壤对小麦籽粒容重及面粉品质的影响。方法]采用池栽试验,将3个小麦品种(强筋:藁麦8901、中筋:豫麦49和弱筋:洛麦1号)分别栽培于粘、壤和砂3种质地的土壤中,研究不同质地土壤对小麦籽粒容重及面粉品质的影响。结果]粘土种植条件下洛麦1号和豫麦49的籽粒容重最高(分别为789.07、84.0 g/L),而藁麦8901的籽粒容重最低(791.0 g/L)。3种筋型小麦蛋白含量和沉降值在粘土种植条件下均达到最高值,且蛋白含量在粘土和壤土间差异不显著,而沉降值在3种土壤中差异显著,壤土种植时最低;面粉出粉率为粘土种植条件下最高,壤土次之,砂土最低。结论]不同质地土壤对不同筋型小麦的影响不尽相同。

Effect of Different Texture Soil on Bulk Weight of Kemels and Some Flour Qualities of Wheat
Abstract:Objective] The study was to research the effect of different texture soil on bulk weight of kernels and flour quality of wheat.Method] In the pond test,3 wheat varieties(strong gluten: Gaomai 8901,middle gluten: Yumai49 and weak gluten: Luomai No.1) were cultivated in 3 kinds of texture soil including clay,loam and sandy soil to study the effect of different texture soil on bulk weight of kernels and flour quality of wheat.Result] Under the condition of planting wheat in clay,the bulk weight of wheat kernels of Luomai 1 and Yumai 49 were the highest(789.0 and 784.0 g/L resp.),and that of Gaomai 8901 was the lowest(791.0 g/L).The protein content and sedimentation value of 3 gluten type wheats planted in clay all reached the highest value,and the protein content of 3 kinds of wheat planted in clay soil had no significant difference with that planted in loam soil,but the sedimentation value of wheat planted in 3 kinds of soil had significant difference,and it was lowest when the wheat was planted in loam soil.The flour yield was the highest when the wheat was planted in clay soil,the following was that in loam soil,and the lowest was that in sandy soil.Conclusion] The effect of different texture soil on the wheat with different gluten type was not all the same.
