摘    要:目的]合成香豆素-3-羧酸,测定其晶体结构,并研究其抗菌活性。方法]采用X-射线单晶衍射法测定该化合物的晶体结构;采用琼酯扩散法测定其抗菌活性。结果]香豆素-3-羧酸晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P21/n,a为11.342 0(11)nm,b为5.521 2(5)nm,c为13.808 8(14)nm,β为106.31(1)°,V为829.45(14)nm3,Z为4,Dx为1.510 mg/m3,F(000)为392。晶体中只有1种分子间氢键,2分子香豆素-3-羧酸通过此氢键形成二聚体,作为构成此晶体的基本结构单元。香豆素-3-羧酸对柠檬色葡萄球菌、普通变形杆菌、产气肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌都有较好的抗菌活性。结论]该研究为香豆素-3-羧酸在抗菌活性方面的应用提供了依据。

Synthesis,Character and Antibacterial Activities of 3-carboxy Coumarin

Abstract:Objective] To synthesize 3-carboxy coumarin(C10H6O4,Mr=190.15) and study the antibacterial activity of the compound.Method] The crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction,the antibacterial activity of 3-Carboxy coumarin were determinect by diffusion methocl.Result] The crystal was monoclinic,space group P21/n with a=11.342 0(11) nm,b=5.521 2(5)nm,c=13.808 8(14)nm,β=106.31(1)°;the antibacterial activity of 3-carboxy coumarin were determined by agar diffusion method.V=829.45(14) nm3,Z=4,Dx=1.510 mg/m3,F(000)=392.The results of crystal structure determination showed that there was a single intramolecular H bond.In the crystal,dimers,connected by feeble hydrogen bonds,were found to be the basic units.The antibacterial tests indicated the compound had a remarkable effect against S.taphylococcus citreus,P roteus vulgaris,E nterobacter aerogenes,P seudomonas aeruginosa,E scherichia coli.Conclusion] It provided a basis for the 3-carboxy coumarin's application in antibacterial activity.
