| 摘 要： | 本研究以甜瓜雌雄异花同株和雄全同株近等基因系为材料,采用石蜡切片法对花芽分化和发育的不同时期进行了显微结构观察.结果表明:甜瓜花芽分化先要经过1个两性期阶段;在两性期之前,雌、雄、两性花花芽不存在明显的形态学差异;两性期之后,雄花原基体积快速增大,雌花和两性花原基中心开始凹陷形成下位子房,此时是最早出现形态差异的时期;在此之后,雌、雄蕊沿着不同的发育程序分化,直至形成成熟的性器官;在发育过程中,雌、雄花从两性期到产生大、小孢子所经历的时间不同,雌花较长,雄花较短;在此基础上,依据不同直径花芽的显微结构观察及各个发育时期花芽特征的描述,对雌、雄、两性花的发育步骤进行了精细划分.

| Abstract: | With NILs of monocots and romonoecious from melon as materials,the microstructure of flower bud differentiation and development at different stages were observed by paraffin sectioning technology.The result showed that sex differentiation of the melon passed hermaphroditic stage at first.No visible morphological difference were found among male,female and hermaphroditic young flowers before hermaphroditic stage.After hermaphroditic stage,stamen volume of melon augmented rapidly,and female and hermaphroditic... |
