营养液低氧胁迫对网纹甜瓜嫁接苗逆境指标的影响

摘    要:以耐低氧性较弱的西域1号网纹甜瓜自根苗为对照,研究了丝瓜和南瓜砧木嫁接对网纹甜瓜耐低氧性的影响。结果表明,低氧胁迫时,两种嫁接苗根系和叶片相对电导率、MDA含量均明显低于网纹甜瓜自根苗,而叶绿素含量、根系活力、脯氨酸含量和SOD、POD、CAT活性则明显高于自根苗;两种砧木嫁接苗之间各指标也有一定的差异。低氧胁迫下植株耐低氧性与植株的抗氧化能力和细胞膜结构的稳定性有关,丝瓜和南瓜砧木均可提高网纹甜瓜的耐低氧性。

Abstract:Compared with own-rooted muskmelon Xiyu No.1 seedlings with weak hypoxia tolerance,the tolerance to hypoxia of muskmelon seedlings grafted with spong gourd and pumpkin was studied.The results showed that relative electronic conductivity,MDA content in the roots and leaves of grafted seedlings were evidently lower than that of own-rooted muskmelon seedlings under hypoxia stress.However,chlorophyll,the activity of roots,proline content and the activities of SOD,POD,CAT were evidently higher.There was a considerable difference of hypoxia tolerance between the two grafted seedlings due to the different roootstocks.The hypoxia tolerance is related to anti-oxidative ability and membrane stability in the seedlings.The results indicated that the hypoxia tolerance of muskmelon seedlings was increased through grafting with spong gourd and pumpkin.
