| 摘 要： | 在蛋鸡日粮中添加3%和6%的钙,其全血锌含量明显降低,外周血RBC、Hb、PCV、MCV、MCH呈下降趋势,WBC减少,单核粒细胞增多;淋巴细胞ANAE+百分率和B淋巴细胞EAC玫瑰花环百分率显著降低,吞噬细胞吞噬指数和法氏囊相对重量增加:临床上呈现增重缓慢,羽毛折损等锌缺乏症状。

| Abstract: | After 3% and 6% of calicum were added to the ration in layer-type chicken, zinc concertration in the blood of these chidken decreased significantly. In the penpheral Hood, RBC, Hb, PCV, MCV and MCH tended to decline; the total number of WBC decreased but monocyte increased; the percentages of ANAE+ lymphocyte and EAC rosette forming cell significantly decreased, and the phagocytic index and the relative weight of Fabricius bursa of increased. The chickens developed zinc-deficiency that characterized by poor gain in weight and feather breake. |
