摘    要:为探索稻草微生物秸秆饲料发酵工艺和山羊稻草秸秆微生物饲料配方,利用秸秆发酵微生物菌剂对稻草进行发酵,研究不同水分含量、不同发酵时间对稻草微生物秸秆饲料的发酵效果。结果表明:发酵时间、水分含量均影响稻草发酵效果,经过32d发酵,试验3组的效果最好,水分、粗蛋白和中性洗涤纤维含量分别为47.22%、8.23%和52.67%。从而得出山羊的稻草秸秆微生物饲料配方:稻草300kg,食盐2.55kg,尿素6kg,红糖1.5kg,复合微量元素0.6kg,复合维生素0.18kg,微生物菌剂0.9L,水180kg。

Abstract:To explore the fermentation technology of straw with microbial feed and the straw with microbial feed formula for goat. Using the microor- ganism inoculants fermentation straw, study on the fermentation effect, under ndition of in the different moisture content and different fermentation time. The results showed that, 'after 32 d fermentation, the best result of test group 3, moisture, crude protein and neutral detergent fiber content were 47.22 %, 8.23 % and 52.67 %. So, straw microbial feed formula for goat : straw 300 kg, salt 2.55 kg, urea 6 kg, brown sugar 1.5 kg, complex microel- ements 0.6 kg, compound vitamin 0.18 kg, microorganism inoculants 0.9 L and water 180 kg.
