摘    要:为了实现苹果内部品质的自动化无损检测,采用图像处理工作站作为上位机进行苹果X射线图像采集与分析,以AT89C51单片机为下位机检测苹果的位置并输出分析结果,上位机和下位机间的通信采用USB接口和CH375B芯片,该方法与上下位机通信常采用的串口RS232通信相比,开发难度较大,但传输速度较快,且USB接口比串口接口应用方便,经1 000次数据传输测试,该方案能可靠地用于苹果内部品质无损检测的上下位机间的控制与数据信号传输,且可用于其他相关领域的通信中。

Communication Method between Upper and Lower Computer of Inspection System on Apple Internal Quality Based on USB

Abstract:In order to realize the automatically nondestructive detection on apple internal quality,the image processing workstation was taken as upper computer to collect and analyze the x-ray image of apple,and AT89C51 single chip microcomputer was taken as lower computer to detect the position of apple and output analysis results,and the communication between upper and lower computer was realized with USB interface and RS232 chip.Compared with the communication between upper and lower computer with commonly used serial port RS232,the development difficulty of communication method with USB interface was big,but the information transmission speed between upper and lower computer of the system was faster,and the application of USB interface was more convenient than that of serial port interface.According to 1 000 times transmission test,the method could be reliably used to control upper and lower computer in nondestructive inspection system on apple internal quality and transfer the data signal.The method also could be used in communication of related fields.
