| 摘 要： | 采自云南巍山的柱状田头菇近缘种杨柳田头菇经组织分离并进行了生物学特性观测 ,瓶栽、袋栽及覆土栽培均取得较好的效果 ,该菌栽培方法简单 ,适应范围广、出菇快 ,生物学效率达 80 %以上 ,可在较大范围推广。

| Abstract: | Agrocybe salicacola which is the relative species of Agrocybe aegerita were plucked from Weishan County,Yunna.Strain gained from the fruiting body of Agrocybe salicacola were observed.It achieved better result by bottle,bag and covering cultured.The cultivation method of Agrocybe salicacola is simple,The cultivable area is wide,Fruiting is quick.The biological efficiency achieves over 80 percent.It would be cultured in more regions. |
