磷胁迫对豇豆幼苗硝酸还原酶活性和硝态氮含量的影响

摘    要:采用水培试验法,研究了低磷胁迫对3个豇豆品种叶片和根系中硝酸还原酶活性、硝态氮及蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明:磷胁迫下根系硝态氮含量呈现先上升后下降趋势,叶片硝态氮含量则呈下降趋势;同时,磷胁迫下不同品种豇豆根系的可溶性蛋白含量均高于对照,且随胁迫时间的延长而呈下降趋势,相反叶片可溶性蛋白在磷胁迫下含量低于对照;低磷胁迫严重影响豇豆生物量积累;低磷胁迫对根系生长的抑制明显小于地上部,与对照相比较根冠比显著增加;磷胁迫下豇豆根系和叶片硝酸还原酶活性呈下降趋势。

Abstract:Influence of low phosphorus stress on NO3--N content,NRA activity and protein content of roots and leaves in the three cowpea varieties was studied with the hydroponics experiment.The results showed that NO3--N content of root increased at first,then declined and NO3--N content of leaf declined under the low phosphorus stress conditions.At the same time,root soluble protein content of different varieties of cowpea was higher than the control level under the phosphorus stress,and declined with the stress tim...
