摘    要:对光合细菌处理中药浸出液废水的效果及影响因素进行了试验研究。结果表明,光合细菌对废水中COD、BOD5有较高的去除率。在半黑暗微好氧条件下,COD去除效果较厌氧光照、好氧黑暗等条件好;废水水解酸化预处理后,在光合细菌处理系统内,COD平均去除率达到90.7%,BOD5平均去除率达到93.9%,为利用光合细菌处理高浓度中药废水提供了依据。

Abstract:The effects and influence factors treating wastewater from Chinese traditional medicine extraction by photosynthetic bacteria are tested and discussed. The results indicate that the photosynthetic bacteria process can dislodge COD and BOD5 from wastewater in high efficiency. On the conditions of half dark and trace aerobic, treating wastewater from Chinese traditional medicine extraction, the method has better efficiency to dislodge COD from the wastewater than those by anaerobic lighting and aerobic dark treatments. After pre-treatment of hydrolytic acidization, the average dislodge rate of COD in the waste water was 90.7%, and that rate of BOD5 was 93.9% in the treating system of photosynthetic bacteria. Thus our result presented theory basis for photosynthetic bacteria process to treat high concentration from Chinese traditional medicine wastewater.
