摘    要:【目的】了解四川省部分地区成年山羊贾第虫Giardia duodenalis感染情况以及感染虫种基因型。【方法】在四川省12个养殖场采集了342份成年山羊的新鲜粪便,采用多位点基因分型技术,通过巢式PCR扩增bg、tpi和gdh基因位点,对阳性样品的PCR产物进行了测序分析。【结果】342份成年山羊粪样中贾第虫的总感染率为14.91%(51/342)。所有阳性样品感染的虫种基因型均为集聚体E。51份阳性样品在bg、tpi和gdh这3个基因位点分别成功鉴定出4(E5、E8、E17、E18)、2(E2、E4)和2(E3、E4)种基因亚型,并且在bg位点发现了2种新的基因亚型(E17、E18)。【结论】四川省部分地区成年山羊存在较为严重的贾第虫感染,虫种类型主要为集聚体E,且具有一定的遗传多样性。
