| 摘 要： | 饲料公司的企业文化建设对其长期发展战略和具体经营目标具有深远影响，弹性工作制代表了一种新型企业文化，但饲料公司在此方面的管理实践尚且不足。本文对饲料公司在企业文化建设方面存在的问题进行了梳理和剖析，针对这些问题，基于弹性工作制的内涵与结构，分别从时间、空间、雇佣形式及工作内容等维度出发，重新设计了饲料公司新型企业文化体系。研究结果将有利于饲料公司革新人力资源与企业文化管理实践，从而实现长远发展。

| Abstract: | The construction of enterprise culture of feed company has a far-reaching impact on its long-term development strategy and specific business objectives.Flexible working system represents a new type of enterprise culture,but the management practice of feed company in this aspect is still insufficient.This paper analyzed the problems existing in the construction of corporate culture in feed companies.Aiming at these problems,based on the connotation and structure of flexible working system,the new corporate culture system of feed companies was redesigned from the dimensions of time,space,employment form and work content.The research results will be helpful for feed companies to innovate human resources and corporate culture management practice and realize long-term development. |
