| 摘 要： | 目的]研究不同生长阶段正常鸡法氏囊内B淋巴细胞的动态变化规律。方法]以海兰白鸡的200枚种蛋为试验材料，利用免疫组化法研究了IgM、IgG和IgA3种B淋巴细胞在法氏囊内的发育变化规律。结果]在胚胎13日龄时，法氏囊内可检测到IgM＋和IgG＋2种B细胞，但IgM＋B细胞的数量显著高于IgG＋B细胞，而IgA＋B细胞在胚胎18日龄的法氏囊内才可检测到。随着日龄的增长，IgM＋、IgG＋、IgA＋3种B淋巴细胞整体变化呈上升趋势，并在21日龄时达到稳定。IgM＋、IgG＋、IgA＋3种B细胞分布部位相似，开始均出现在粘膜上皮内，随后分布在皮质中，而在成熟后主要分布在髓质中。结论]在胚胎13日龄前，IgM＋B细胞可能在法氏囊内已经出现；鸡出壳后初期，法氏囊的体液免疫功能迅速增强，并在21日龄时达到成熟水平。
