荷花花瓣衰老过程中的生理生化分析

摘    要:以荷花娇容三变、青菱红莲为材料,对其花瓣在自然衰老过程中的若干重要生理生化指标进行了测定,结果表明:两品种可溶性蛋白质含量都有一个迅速下降的过程,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性前期上升后期下降,丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧离子自由基(O2.-)产生速率则随着衰老的加剧而大幅升高。两品种之间变化趋势基本一致,其中存在的差异可能是造成两品种单花花期长短不同的原因所在。初步认为,膜脂过氧化作用是导致荷花花期短的主要生理原因之一。

Abstract:Two Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn. Varieties, Beautiful Face and Qingling Red, were selected to study several important physiological and biochemical factors during the natural senescence process of petal. The results showed that the contents of soluble protein in two varieties petals both have a speedily decreasing process, SOD activity was increasing in early stage and decreasing later. MDA content and O2^-. production rate increased with the evolution of senescence progress. The change trend was similar in the two varieties of Nelumbo nucifera, but some differences between them existed because of their different florescence length. The peroxidation of membrane lipid was considered primarily to be one of the major physiological factors leading to the short florescence of Nelumbo nucifera.
