| Abstract: | In the article, we analyzed the connotation, concept, development history and characteristics of bean sprouts industry based on the macro development perspective, and analyzed the construction and functional effects about the modem sprouts industry chain. In addition, we emphasized the importance of applying modem biological science and technology systematically in the large-scale sprouts industry on cultivating and promoting the innovation ability of modem sprouts industry in our country. |
