低温胁迫下银杏活性氧代谢与膜伤害的关系

摘    要:测试当年生盆栽银杏叶片膜相对透性,丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢(H2O2)质量摩尔浓度,超氧阴离子自由基(O2-)产生速率,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性对低温胁迫的响应。结果表明:在10℃和5℃条件下,银杏叶片SOD和POD活性升高,而O2-产生速率和H2O2、MDA质量摩尔浓度及相对电导率(RP,P)略有升高,但在胁迫末期趋于恒定,表明银杏叶中活性氧代谢达到了一个新的平衡。在0℃和-2℃条件下,胁迫初期,叶片SOD、POD活性上升,O2-产生速率和H2O2质量摩尔浓度也迅速升高,同时MDA质量摩尔浓度和膜透性显著升高;胁迫后期,SOD和POD活性的降幅显著高于O2-产生速率和H2O2质量摩尔浓度,同时MDA质量摩尔浓度和膜透性进一步升高,表明短期(48h和24h内)低温条件下,SOD和POD可部分清除活性氧,而长期低温则造成体内活性氧代谢的严重失衡,致使机体受到伤害,甚至死亡。

Abstract:Responses of active oxygen metabolism and membrane permeability in ginkgo leaf to low temperature stress were studied by determining the relative membrane permeability,contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2),O-2 generation rate,and activities of SOD and POD of the leaves of potted ginkgo seedlings.
