| 摘 要： | 生态公益林补偿制度是生态公益林保护和发展的保障.目前我国实行的是低标准、均衡制补偿制度,存在一些值得关注的问题,通过对目前生态公益林补偿制度存在的问题进行了系统分析,提出了等级补偿的新方法,并介绍了其补偿内容和测算方法. |

| Abstract: | The compensation system of ecological is the guarantee of protection and development for ecological forest protection.Currently,there are some issues of concern that our policy is a low standard,balanced system of compensation system.Based on the current ecological problems in public compensation system,a new method of compensation on the basis of systematic analysis was measured,and its content and calculation methods were described in the paper. |
