| 摘 要： | 在分析乌鲁木齐区域农业发展现状、条件、市场的基础上,指出区域农业结构存在的一系列问题,并根据市场原则、生态原则、因地制宜原则,提出区域农业结构调整的方向及相应对策:以市场为导向,引进和培育优良品种,优化农业生产结构;强化副食品基地建设,实现专业化生产;加强副食品精深加工,搞好特色副食品系列开发;加强农民生产经营组织建设,构建加工企业带动型农业发展模式;深化农村流通体制改革,强化宏观调控机制;增加科技投入,提高农业科技创新能力;加强农业基础设施建设,发展节水型农业;加强环境保护,维护生态平衡。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the present situation,conditions and market of agricultural development in Urumqi Region,this paper points out a series of problems exiting in the regional agricultural structure. Complied with the principles of market,ecology and suiting to local conditions,and from the aspects of structures in agricultural production,product,technique,service,circulation,management and organization etc,this paper sets up the adjusting directions of agricultural structure,and the counter-measures of adjustment were put forward such as:guided by market,introducing and cultivating good species,optimizing agricultural production structure;strengthening the base construction of agricultural product and realizing specialized production;enlarging the refine process of agricultural product and exploiting the series of characteristic foods; augmenting the construction of farmer's organization in production and management,and setting up the developing model droved by processing enterprise; deepening the reform of rural circulation system and reinforcing macrocosmic mechanism of adjusting and controlling;increasing the investment of science and technology and improving the inititative ability of science and technology in agriculture;emphasizing on agricultural infrastructure building and developing water-saving agriculture; enhancing environmental protection and maintaining ecological balance. |
