| 摘 要： | 文章系统研究了新时期农业科技工作面临的形势、机遇和挑战,深刻分析了现阶段农业科技工作存在的问题和原因。针对新时期农业科技管理工作转型和体制机制创新,通过回顾农业科技发展历程提出了新时期农业科技管理工作要更加注重农业科技工作的现实性、特殊性、开放性、现代性,不断创新体制机制的重要建议,为推动农业科技工作又好又快地发展提供了重要参考。 |
