摘    要:悬置是整车中的重要隔振部件,掌握并运用其隔振原理,可以为处理怠速振动问题提供理论支撑,很多振动问题也都因此得到很好的解决。在介绍悬置隔振原理的基础上,对比分析了安装前后的优化效果,并对优化措施进行了详细说明,最后通过试验验证了理论分析的准确性,对动力总成的隔振起到重要作用,对于汽车厂家的整车舒适性要求也得到了满足。

The Principle and Application of Engine Mount for Vibration Isolation

Abstract:Engine mount is the important assembly for vibration isolation in the vehicle.Mastering and applying the principle of engine mount can provide supports for dealing with vibration at idle,and many vibration problems also have been resolved with the principle.In this paper,through the introduction of the suspension vibration isolation principle,the optimization effect before and after installation is compared and analyzed,and the optimization measures are described in detail,and finally the accuracy of theoretical analysis is proved through the test.It plays an important role in vibration isolation of the dynamic assembly,the requirements for vehicle comfort of auto makers are satisfied.
