蓄电池支架的优化设计

摘    要:某车型在强化道路试验过程中,蓄电池支架产生了裂纹、断裂的现象。针对该蓄电池支架出现的问题,从机舱总布置及蓄电池支架结构两方面进行了原因分析,并根据分析结果进行了4种方案的结构设计。通过对4种结构方案进行CAE有限元分析,进而比较每种方案的应力云图。结果表明:对蓄电池支架的上下托架同时进行结构更改的这一方案,在所得的应力云图中,应力集中点处应力值最小,同时该结构件的Z向刚度值最大,因而综合结果最好。

Optimized Design of Battery Bracket

Abstract:The crack and rupture occur on the battery bracket during the on-road test of a specific car.The reasons are analyzed in terms of engine room layout and bracket structure in this paper.And then four solutions to structure design are presented based on the analysis results.The CAE analysis is performed for these four solutions and the stress cloud picture of each solution is accordingly compared.The result shows that the solution which the upper and lower supports are simultaneously modified on the battery bracket is the best one due to the smallest stress value at the stress concentration areas in the whole stress cloud pictures and the biggest stiffness value of this structure in the direction of Z-axis.
