云南割手密(Saccharum spontaneum L.)的研究 Ⅱ、酯酶同工酶的研究

摘    要: 分析了云南割手密的128份样品,共显示15条酯酶同工酶酶带,它们组成45个酶谱类型,这显示了云南割手密具有非常丰富的种内变异,是甘蔗育种宝贵的遗传资源.本文还讨论了一些酶谱类型之间的关系以及地理分布的特点.

Abstract:During the past two years,128 specimens of Sccharum spontaneum collected from Yunnan Province were analysed in the esterase isozymes by means of vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,In all specimens there were 15 different zymogram bands,which made up 45 types of zymogram.The number of bands in one type varied from 3 to 9.Among these bands,A-11 was present in all specimens,while A-10, A-12 and A-13 occured in most of them.The experiment shows that the zymogram types consisting of the above four bands(or three bands)are basic ones and have a widespread distribution inYunnan.It is suggested that Yunnan is rich in diversities of Saccharum spontaneum which requires to be exploited in order to apply the voluable genetic resources to sugarcane breeding.
