摘    要:本文应用近红外分析仪(NZR)测定黄豆粕蛋白质含量。通过对不同蛋白质含量的样品进行光谱扫描,找出最佳吸收波长和校准常数值。21份豆粕样品的测定结果表明,近红外法与经典的凯氏法所测结果呈密切的线性相关(R=0.91),标准偏差为0.5%,无显著性差异。

Abstract:In The present paper was studied the crude protein content of soybean meal with near infrared reflectance analyzer(NIR).The optimum absorption wavelength and the calibration constant were obtained by scanning various standard samples of soybean meal containing various crude protein content.Through analysing 21 soybean meal and statistically dialing with results determined,it was shown clearly that there was high correlativity and no significant difference with NIR and Kjeldahl method.The regression coefficient(R)was 0.91 and standard deviation was 0.51%
