摘    要:目的]为揭示重金属复合污染机制提供依据。方法]采用水培法,研究单一及复合重金属对小麦幼苗叶绿素含量的影响。结果]结果表明:Cu、Cd、Cr、Pb、Zn 5种重金属单独作用时,在低浓度区对小麦幼苗叶绿素的合成有促进作用,在高浓度区产生显著的抑制效应。铜与其他4种重金属联合作用时,其联合作用类型铜-镉表现为协同作用;铜-铬为拮抗作用;铜-铅趋于相加作用;铜-锌表现为拮抗作用。结论]不同重金属复合污染的作用机理不同。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to provide basis for revealing the compound pollution mechanism of heavy metals.Method] The effects of single and compound heavy metals on chlorophyll content in wheat seedlings were studied by using water culture method.Result] When 5 kinds of heavy metals including Cu,Cd,Cr,Pb and Zn played their functions singly,they had a promotion effect on the synthesis of chlorophyll in wheat seedlings in low concentration range and a significant inhibition effect in high concentration range.When Cu combined its function with 4 other heavy metals,their combined effect types showed a synergistic effect of Cu and Cd,antagonistic effects of Cu and Cr,additive effect of Cu and Pb,and antagonistic effect of Cu and Zn.Conclusion] The compound pollution mechanisms of different heavy metals were different.
