NaCl胁迫下黑果枸杞幼苗生长及Na+、K+吸收与分配的变化

摘    要:以黑果枸杞组培苗为试材,研究7 d和20 d NaCl胁迫对其生长和Na+、K+吸收分配的影响。结果表明:7 d低浓度(50~150 mmol/L)NaCl处理下,黑果枸杞幼苗的株高、根长和各器官的生物量明显增加,生长得到显著促进。20 d NaCl处理下,上述指标较对照均下降,但在150~300 mmol/L NaCl处理组间维持相对稳定。不同浓度NaCl处理下,各器官中Na+浓度及Na+净吸收速率持续上升,且20 d较7 d处理各指标略有增加;K+浓度、K+净吸收速率和K+/Na+均有所下降,且20 d处理下的下降幅度远高于7 d,但随浓度增加,均能在200~300 mmol/L NaCl处理组间维持相对稳定。此外,Na+和K+在各器官中的相对分配一致,均集中分配在叶中,且在50~250 mmol/L NaCl下与对照没有差异。可见,黑果枸杞具有较强的耐盐性,适度NaCl(0~150 mmol/L) 能促进其生长,通过维持K+净吸收速率,保障各器官中相对稳定的K+浓度和K+/Na+,并将Na+和K+更多地分配在叶中,这是黑果枸杞维持较强耐盐性的重要适应机制之一。

Abstract:The tissue culture seedlings of Lycium ruthenicum were used as material to study the effects of NaCl stress for 7 d and 20 d on the growth performance,Na+,K+ uptake and distribution.The results showed that the plant height,root length and organ biomass of Lycium ruthenicum seedlings significantly increased,and the growth of Lycium ruthenicum seedlings was significantly promoted under low NaCl treatment(50-150 mmol/L) for 7 d. Although the above indexes decreased compared with the control,but it was stable under 150-300 mmol/L NaCl treatment. Under NaCl treatments of different concentrations,Na+ concentration and Na+ net absorption rate in all organs increased continuously,and the values under 20 d NaCl treatment were relatively higher than that under 7 d NaCl treatment. Meanwhile,K+ concentration,K+ net absorption rate and K+/Na+ ratio decreased,its decrease under treatment of 20 d was higher than that under treatment of 7 d,but with the increase of NaCl concentration,it was relatively stable between 200-300 mmol/L NaCl conditions. In addition,the relative distribution of Na+ and K+ in all organs was consistent,and it mainly concentrated in the leaves,and there was no significant difference between the control and the treatment of 50-250 mmol/L NaCl. In conclusion,Lycium ruthenicum has strong salt tolerance.The moderate NaCl condition(0-150 mmol/L) can promote its growth,so the relatively stable K+ content and K+/Na+ in various organs stable were ensured by maintaining K+ net absorption rate,and the more Na+ and K+,are distributed in leaves.
