摘    要:本研究采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)、电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS)及快速测定X射线荧光光谱法(X-ray)分别对小麦中的重金属镉的含量进行测定。研究发现,三种方法无显著性差异。电感耦合等离子质谱法精确度、稳定性优于其他两种方法,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法次之。X射线荧光光谱法操作简便,无需前处理,适用于小麦快速筛选和精确定量,具有良好的应用前景。经测定本地区新收获的小麦样品中镉含量均低于0.1mg/kg,符合食品安全国家标准的限量要求。

Comparative Study on Different Determination Methods of Cadmium in Wheat
Abstract:In this study, graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS), inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) and rapid X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(X-ray) were used to determine the content of heavy metal cadmium in wheat. The study found that there is no significant difference between the three methods. The accuracy, and stability of ICP-MS method are better than other methods, GFAAS followed. X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is easy to operate and does not require pretreatment. It is suitable for rapid screening and accurate quantification of wheat, and has a good application prospect. The cadmium content of the newly harvested wheat samples in this area was all lower than 0.1 mg/kg, which met the limited requirements of the national food safety standard.
