埃塞俄比亚芥和白菜型油菜远缘杂种F1的鉴定

摘    要:用形态学、细胞学和限制性片段长度多态性分子标记(AFLP)三种方法对埃塞俄比亚芥(Brassica carinata, BBCC, 2n=34)和白菜型油菜(Brassica rapa, AA, 2n=20)远缘杂交的后代进行了鉴定,结果表明,细胞学和分子标记鉴定杂种真实可靠,但试验技术繁琐,形态学鉴定在操作上简单易行,但主观性较强。在实际生产中可结合几种方法同时进行。

Abstract:Three methods,morphological,cytological and amplified fragment length polymorphism(AFLP) molecular makers,have been used to verify the hybrids which come from the interspecific crosses between B.carinata(BBCC,2n=34) as female parents and B.rapa(AA,2n=20) as male parents.Results showed that the methods of cytological and molecular makers were authentic but the procedures were very complex and morphological identification was very easy to operate but the result was not accurate.These methods can be used in combination.
