| 摘 要： | 综述了近年来国内外对植物源天然防腐剂的应用现状和最新研究进展,介绍了植物源防腐剂的主要活性成分及其提取分离技术,分析了在开发植物源防腐剂中存在的问题,展望了其在食品工业中的应用前景。
