| 摘 要： | 用原子吸收分光光谱法测定荠菜中Fe、Mn、Zn、Mg、Ca、Pb等6种微量元素的含量,并进行了分析.结果表明,这些微量元素是人体所需要的,因此荠菜具有较高的药用和食用价值.

| Abstract: | Six trace elements,Cu,Mn,Zn,Mg,Ca and Pb,were determined by atom absorption spectra. The experimental results indicated that Capsella bursa-pastoris had the high medical and edible value for containing rational trace elements contributed to human health. |
