中草药、甘露寡糖和抗生素对蛋雏鸡抗氧化机能与血液生化指标的影响

摘    要:选用中草药:女贞子(LL)、五味子(SC)、四君子汤(SJZT)与六味地黄丸(LWDHW)以及甘露寡糖(MOS)和黄霉素作饲料添加剂,通过测定蛋雏鸡血清、心脏、肝脏和肾脏组织中过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性与丙二醛(MDA)含量,以及血清生化指标,研究上述饲料添加剂对蛋雏鸡抗氧化机能与血清生化指标的影响。结果显示:(1)SC与LWDHW显著提高血清SOD活性,LL显著提高心脏SOD活性,试验所用这几种添加剂对蛋雏鸡肝脏和肾脏SOD活性无显著影响;(2)LL和SC显著提高血清和心脏GR活性(P<0.05),SJZT显著提高心脏和肝脏GR活性(P<0.05),试验所用几种添加剂对雏鸡肾脏GR活性无明显影响;(3)LL显著降低血清和心脏MDA含量,SJZT显著降低心脏MDA含量,试验所用这几种添加剂对蛋雏鸡肝脏和肾脏MDA含量无显著影响;(4)试验所用这几种添加剂对蛋雏鸡血清生化指标无显著影响。

Abstract:Two hundred and ninety-four 1 day-old laying chicks were used in the study to investigate effects of 4 Chinese medical herbs (CMHS): Ligustrum Lucidum (LL), Schisandra Chinensis (SC), Si Jun Zi Tiang (SJZT) and Liu Wei Di Huang Wan (LWDHW), Mannanoligosaccharides (MOS) and Flavomycin on antioxidant status and blood biochemical parameters of laying chicks. Experiment birds were divided into 7 groups. Group 1, 2, 3, 4 were fed a basal diet supplemented with 1% LL, SC, SJZT or LWDHW, respectively.Group 5 were fed the basal diet supplemented with 50 mg/kg MOS. Group 6 were fed the basal diet supplemented with 5 mg/kg flavomycin. Group 7 were fed the basal diet.The results showed that SC and LWDHW enhanced serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity significantly,at the same time, LL enhanced heart SOD activity significantly, compared with the control group. No significant differences were observed on both liver and kidney SOD activity. Meanwhile, LL and SC increased serum glutathione reductase (GR) activity (P<0.05) significantly, and SJZT significantly increased heart and liver GR activity (P<0.05), contrast to control group. But little influence was observed on kidney GR activity. LL greatly decreased serum malondialdehyde (MDA) concentration, and LL and SJZT significantly decreased heart MDA concentration, compared with control group. Otherwise, no significant difference was observed on both liver and kidney MDA concentration. It was also showed that these feed additives have little influence on blood biochemical parameters of laying chicks. In conclusion, LL, SC and SJZT exhibited better antioxidant effect than others. Whereas, all of these feed additives have little influence on blood biochemical of laying chicks.
