| 摘 要： | 随着研究生招生规模的扩张,研究生培养质量的好坏越来越引起人们的关注,研究生培养的研究意义尤为重要。全面质量管理具有其特殊的优势所在,将全面质量管理引入研究生培养模式有其可行性。提出了基于全面质量管理的研究生培养质量评价方法,并根据全面质量管理思想提出了改进措施,将对尽快完善和发展研究生培养模式大有裨益。

| Abstract: | With the expansion of graduate enrollment,the quality of graduate education has attracted more and more attention,so the research of graduates is very important.Total quality management has its special advantage,therefore,has been introduced into the training mode of graduate students,which has the feasibility.This article proposed graduate education quality evaluation method and the improvement measures based on total quality management,which will be of great advantage for postgraduate training mode. |
