摘    要:SSR是基于PCR技术上的一种DNA分子遗传标记,具有含量丰富、多态性高、重复性好、共显性遗传等优点。对SSR标记技术的基本原理、特点作了简要介绍,从亲缘关系、遗传多样性、品种鉴定、构建遗传图谱、种质资源的保存和利用、基因定位及分子辅助育种等方面概述了SSR标记在园艺植物育种中的应用进展,并对其应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract:SSR is a new type of DNA molecular marker which is based on PCR, and it has many advantages, such as abundance, high polymorphism, reproducibility, codominance, and so on. The basic principles and characteristics of SSR, and its application in horticultural plant breeding, such as genetic relationships, genetic polymorphism, cultivars identification, construction of genetic map, germplasm resources protection and utilization, gene mapping and marker assistant selection of SSR marker were summarized. And its application prospect is discussed.
