| 摘 要： | 对2004~2006年山西省不同栽培方式下蔬菜的经济效益进行定性、定量的比较与分析。结果表明,相对露地蔬菜而言,保护地蔬菜,特别是日光温室蔬菜高投入高产出的特征表现更为突出。在投入相同时,保护地蔬菜的产出比露地蔬菜高出19个百分点。保护地蔬菜对于均衡山西省蔬菜周年供应发挥着重要作用,是克服蔬菜冬春淡季的主要措施,其重要性日益明显。

| Abstract: | Based on the qualitative and quantitative comparisons and analysis on the economic benefits of vegetable under different cultivation pattern in 20042006 in Shanxi Province.The results showed that compared with the open field vegetables,the protection field vegetables,especially the greenhouse vegetables' high-yield high-performance characteristics were more prominent.In the same investment,the output of vegetables of the protection field vegetables were higher than the open field vegetables by 19 percentage points.The protection field vegetables had played an important role for a balanced supply of vegetable,was the main countermeasures to overcome off-season winter and spring vegetables,and its importance had become increasingly evident. |
