| 摘 要： | 目的]研究翻白草乙酸乙脂提取液对糖尿病小鼠的降血糖功效。方法]分5个试验组,即空白对照组,阴性对照组,阳性对照组灌胃盐酸二甲双胍100mg/kg,高剂量组灌胃翻白草乙酸乙脂提取液50g/kg,低剂量组灌胃翻白草乙酸乙脂提取液25g/kg。连续灌胃7d,于第8天禁食12h后断尾测血糖。结果]翻白草高剂量（50g/kg）和低剂量（25g/kg）对四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病小鼠具有明显的治疗效果,但两者差异不大;但对正常小鼠血糖无显著影响。结论]翻白草2个剂量组对糖尿病小鼠有明显的降血糖作用。

| Abstract: | Objective]The research aimed to study the anti-diabetic function of ethyl acetate extracted solution from Potentilla discolor Bange.Method]The experiment groups were divided into 5 control groups as follows：blank control group,negative control group,the positive control group given metformin hydrochloride by gastric administration of 100 mg per kilogram mice,the high dose group administrated ethyl acetate extracted solution from Potentilla discolor Bange by gastric administration of 50 g per kilo mice and the low dose group given 25 g per kilo mice by gastric administration.The gastric administration lasted for continuous 7 days,their blood glucose was measured by tail cutting method after 12 hours fasting.Result]The high dose and low dose of Potentilla discolor Bange had obvious therapeutic effect on alloxan-induced diabetic mice,with little difference.But it had no significant effect on blood glucose of normal mice.Conclusion]The two dosage groups of Potentilla discolor Bange had an apparent hypoglycemic effect on diabetic mice. |
