| 摘 要： | 观察３４例心内直视手术体外循环前后对血液有形成份的影响，发现体外循环后血红蛋白、红细胞与血小板有显著降低，而白细胞显著增高，这可能与机械损伤、血液稀释和机体反应有关。因此选用接近人体生理循环的人工心肺机，改进手术吸引装置、缩短体外循环时间及提高手术质量，可能有助于减少体外循环对血液有形成份的影响。

| Abstract: | An observation of blood visible component alterations after intracardiac surgery under direct vision was made in 34 patients. Hemoglobin, counts of red blood cell and blood platelet were significantly reduced whereas that of white blood cell was elevated. It was possible that these were caused by blood dilution, mechanic danage and host response. It is suggested that an artifioial heart-lung machine works close to actual human circulation should be used, suction apparatusmust be improved so that operation quality can be improved and the time of operation can be shortened. |
