摘    要:以收获马铃薯块茎后的马铃薯茎叶为原料,以甲酸为添加剂进行青贮饲料调制试验,以期实现其饲料化利用。试验采用完全随机试验设计,在3个含水量水平(75%、65%、55%)的马铃薯茎叶分别添加梯度为0.5%、1.0%、1.5%的甲酸(FA)进行青贮,室温青贮45d后,测定其理化指标。结果表明:随甲酸添加量的增加,青贮料的感官指标呈向好趋势,添加量1.5%时,均为1级优良,发酵效果最佳;化学指标中,pH值显著降低(P〈0.05),乳酸含量升高,乙酸含量显著(P〈0.05)降低,丁酸不产出或较少产生;NH3-N/TN的含量显著(P〈0.05)下降;CP、WSC明显上升。

Abstract:This experiment adopted completely random design, the potato haulm with three moisture levels (a- bout 75% , 65% , 55% ) were added with different formic acid for silage. After silage 45d at room tempera- ture, measur related metrics. The results show that: when the potato haulm added formic acid content increa- ses, the performance of silage senses gradually improved, dosage 1.5 %, fermentation best, are an excellent; pH values were significantly lower (P 〈 0.05 ), elevated levels of lactic acid, acetic acid was significantly (P 〈 0.05 ) lower, butyric acid does not produce output or less; NH3 - N/TN content was significantly (P 〈 0.05 ) decrease; dry matter, NDF and ADF content was present on the down, CP, WSC increased significant- ly.
