摘 要: | 植物根系发育对于植物吸收营养和水分非常重要,根系的形成主要是由各级侧根的发育完成的。因此,植物侧根的形成对于植物的生长发育及其生产力形成有重要影响。侧根的形成受到植物激素,尤其是生长素的影响。在植物生长素信号转导途径中,Aux/IAA和ARF蛋白是2类重要蛋白,对于侧根形成的影响具有重要作用。基于近几年来对生长素信号转导途径的研究,该文对其研究进展作综合评述。
