琉璃苣芳香油超临界CO2萃取初步研究

摘    要:以“博拉格”琉璃苣为试材,采用超临界CO2萃取技术,对琉璃苣芳香油的萃取条件进行研究.结果表明:以萃取量为指标,芳香油超临界CO2萃取的适宜条件为萃取压力20 MPa,萃取温度35℃,萃取时间2.5h,CO2流量4L/h.

Abstract:’Borage’ Borago officinalis L.was used as test material,extraction condition of essential oil from Borago officinalis L.was sdudied by the method of supercritical CO2 extraction.The results showed that the optimum conditions were extraction pressure was 20 MPa,extraction temperature was 35℃,extraction time was 2.5 h and CO2 flow rate was 4 L/h.
