摘    要:为筛选适合在中轻度镉污染土壤上有效降低芹菜吸收镉的改良剂,用模拟镉污染土壤进行盆栽试验,研究纳米羟基磷灰石(HA)、人造沸石(Z)、过磷酸钙(P)和石灰(L)的两两组合对芹菜生物量、镉吸收量、土壤pH值的影响.结果表明:与不施改良剂的污染对照相比,6种改良剂的配伍组合对芹菜生长均有显著的促进作用(P<0.05);在添加纳米羟基磷灰石(5 g/kg)+人造沸石(5 g/kg)和纳米羟基磷灰石(5 g/kg)+过磷酸钙(4 g/kg)后显著抑制芹菜对镉的吸收,芹菜可食部镉含量分别降低了57.43%和54.88%.综上,筛选出纳米羟基磷灰石(5 g/kg)+人造沸石(5 g/kg)和纳米羟基磷灰石(5 g/kg)+过磷酸钙(4 g/kg)的组合可以广泛应用在镉污染土壤的修复.
