| 摘 要： | 选用5种常用药剂(阿维菌素、Bt、高效氯氰菊酯、氟虫腈和多杀菌素)对沈阳地区小菜蛾进行了抗性监测.结果表明:沈阳地区小菜蛾品系对5种常用药剂均有不同程度的抗性,对高效氯氰菊酯的抗性水平最高,LC50达到201.683 μg/mL;而对氟虫腈的抗性水平最低,LC50仅为0.139 μg/mL；对Bt、阿维菌素、多杀菌素抗性水平较低,LC50分别为0.327、6.296、0.514μg/mL.

| Abstract: | Plutella xylostella L resistance to 5 kinds pesticide of Avermectin,Bt,Cypermethrin,Fipronil and Spinosad were surveyed in Shenyang.The results showed that Plutella xylostella L had different levels of resistance to Bt,Abamectin,Fipronil,alpha-cypermethrin and Spinosad.The resistance of Plutella xylostella L to efficient-cypermethrin was the highest and the LC50 was 201.683 μg/mL.The resistance of Plutella xylostella L to Fipronil was the lowest and the LC50 was 0.139 μg/mL.The LC50 of the other pesticides(Bt,Abamectina and Spinosad)were 0.327 μg/mL,6.296 μg/mL and 0.514 μg/mL,respectively. |
