| 摘 要： | 以“德农1号”和“夏津多茬”茴香为试材,研究浸种时间、催芽温度、种子大小及是否遮光对茴香种子发芽势和发芽率的影响,旨在探求茴香种子萌发最适宜的条件.结果表明:茴香种子在15℃水温下浸种2h,20℃、遮光条件下催芽时发芽最好,千粒重越大发芽率越高.

| Abstract: | ’De-nong number 1’and ’Xia-jin cutting stubble fennel’were used to determined the effects of some treatments on germination rate and germination energy.Therefore the optimum environment were searched,it could provide true technology reference for production.The results showed that soaking seed under 15℃ for 2 h,then accelerating sprouting under shading and 20℃,the germination was best.The size of seed had great effect on germination.The more 1 000-seed weight,the higher germination rate. |
