摘    要:研究保鲜剂1号(2%蔗糖+ 50 mg/L水杨酸+100 mg/L 8-羟基喹啉+1 mg/L6-BA)和保鲜剂2号(2%蔗糖+50 mg/L柠檬酸+100 mg/L 8-羟基喹啉+1 mg/L 6-BA)对“金丝菊”切花菊瓶插寿命和瓶插期间花枝叶绿素的含量、花冠的含水量等生理效应的影响.结果表明:保鲜剂2号对花径、花冠以及叶片寿命的促进效果比保鲜剂1号好.

Abstract:Effect of preservative 1(2% sucrose+50 mg/L salicylic acid+100 mg/L 8-Hydroxy quinoline+1 mg/L 6-Benzy ladenine) and preservative 2(2% sucrose+50 mg/L citric acid+100 mg/L 8-Hydroxy quinoline+1 mg/L 6-Benzy ladenine)on vase-life,water status,the content of chlorophyll.Jinsicut flower during vase periods were studied.The results showed that the promoting effects of preservative No.2 on corolla diameter and vase-life of leaves were better than that of preservative No.1.
